As part of our Digital Government Blueprint, we hope to shape a public service workforce where every officer is digitally confident. That is why we have launched the Digital Academy, which is aimed at grooming the next crop of digital leaders. Developed by a vast ecosystem of partners, from practice leads to chapter leads as well as small and medium-sized enterprises, the curriculum builds future-ready competencies and ensures professionals have access to quality learning interventions.
Now, every public officer has the means to continuously upskill, adapt to unforeseen challenges, and play a role in accelerating Singapore's Smart Nation plans.
Digital Academy is a “Practitioner for Practitioner” academy that operates at the unique intersection of technology and public service. It houses best-in-class technical training tips and offers a robust suite of ICT programmes that are geared towards the public service sector.
