83% were very or extremely satisfied with government digital services for citizens.
97% of respondents agreed that G2C Digital Services have improved, and 98% would encourage their friends and families to use them.
94% of respondents rated the level of G2C services as close to the level of the best Digital Services they have used.
83% were very or extremely satisfied with government digital services for businesses.
95% of respondents agreed that G2B Digital Services have improved, and 97% would encourage their friends and families to use them.
88% of respondents rated the level of G2B services as close to the level of the best Digital Services they have used.
